parse_pitch_check: workspace reads tool on Parse's MCP server.

Use before sending a page task's message. Says whether this workspace or another Parse workspace wrote to the task's page, its recipient or its site in the last 30 days, from the messages members marked sent and the emails Parse sent: a verdict (clear, site, others_wrote, you_wrote, wait), canPitch, one plain sentence, and the day each side last wrote. Another workspace is never named and nothing it wrote is shown. Read-only. Next: when canPitch is false, tell the user and skip the task for now.
