Parse publishes what AI answers say about brands. When we get something wrong, we fix it.

We correct a brand listed in a market it does not belong to, one brand listed twice, a description or website that belongs to another company, a number that does not match the answers behind it, and an error in an article.

We do not change a brand’s share or rank on request. They are counted from AI answers. When AI says something untrue about a brand, the page shows the answer as AI gave it.

To report an error, use Report an issue on the page, or write to [email protected]. A person reads every report. A confirmed error is fixed at its source, and the page updates the next time it is published.
