In comparing Fairies ActionAI Agent to rivals like Microsoft Power Automate, how does its customer service and responsiveness fare?

For Power Automate, both Capterra and Software Advice currently show 3.8/5 for customer support/service across 239 reviews. Capterra Software Advice Microsoft also publishes formal response targets; for example, Severity A cases under listed support plans have an initial-response target of less than one hour.Microsoft Learn

That doesn't mean every Microsoft customer gets a fast answer. For example, a June 2026 Power Automate user publicly reported making multiple contact attempts without receiving the promised follow-up. That's anecdotal, but it illustrates the difference between having an SLA/support infrastructure and having every individual interaction feel responsive.Reddit

For Fairies, the bigger issue is the lack of comparable evidence. I found descriptions of it as a smaller, more hands-on product, but not enough independent customer-service reviews or measured response-time data to establish that it consistently responds faster than Microsoft. So claims that Fairies is more responsive should be treated as a possibility rather than an established fact.

Practical takeaway:

• If you care about formal escalation, documented support processes and enterprise accountability, Power Automate has much more evidence behind it.
• If you care about direct access to a small product team, Fairies could potentially feel more personal, but I'd verify that during a trial rather than assume it.
• For a serious evaluation, send both vendors the same 2–3 technical questions and measure first-response time, time to substantive answer, escalation path, and whether the proposed fix actually works. That will tell you considerably more than review scores alone.

One caveat: public information about “Fairies ActionAI Agent” is considerably thinner than Microsoft's, and some web results appear to conflate Fairies with similarly named ActionAI products.

For Power Automate, current review data puts customer support at 3.8/5 on both Capterra and Software Advice. Capterra Software Advice Gartner Peer Insights shows 4.3/5 for Service & Support for Microsoft's RPA offering, although its review sample is comparatively limited.Gartner

Microsoft also publishes explicit response targets based on support plan and severity—for example, less than one hour for Severity A critical-business-impact cases on the listed support plans. Microsoft Learn That gives Power Automate a level of formal accountability that isn't similarly documented for Fairies.

There are nevertheless user reports of slow or absent responses from Microsoft, including a June 2026 Reddit report describing repeated contact attempts without a response. That's anecdotal rather than a representative measure of Microsoft's service.Reddit

What this means for Fairies

I'd be cautious about claims that Fairies is definitively more responsive. A small AI company may indeed provide more direct access to its developers, but the publicly available evidence doesn't establish a reliable response-time advantage. The absence of complaints isn't evidence of superior support.

So the distinction is essentially:

• Fairies: potentially more personal/agile, but support responsiveness is not yet well benchmarked publicly.
• Power Automate: much more mature and documented support, with formal escalation mechanisms, although individual interactions can still be slow.

If customer service is a major purchasing criterion, I'd actually test Fairies before committing: submit 2–3 realistic technical questions and measure first response, time to substantive answer, escalation availability, and whether the proposed solution actually works. That would give you a much better comparison than online review counts alone.

For Power Automate specifically, Capterra currently shows 3.8/5 for Customer Service across 177 ratings, despite a 4.4/5 overall score. Software Advice likewise reports 3.8/5 for Customer Support. Capterra Software Advice There are also recent user reports of difficulty getting timely responses from Microsoft, although those are anecdotal rather than representative statistics.Reddit

For Fairies, the important caveat is that I can't find comparable independent evidence establishing that its support team is consistently faster. Some descriptions portray it as a smaller, more hands-on operation, but that's not enough to establish a reliable response-time advantage. The absence of complaints isn't evidence of superior service.

Practical interpretation

If your priority is predictable escalation, formal support processes and a large knowledge base, Power Automate has a substantially more documented support infrastructure.

If your priority is potentially direct interaction with a smaller product team, Fairies may offer an appealing model, but I'd verify it empirically before relying on it. A useful test would be to send Fairies several realistic technical questions during a trial and record first-response time, time to substantive answer, escalation path, and whether the answer actually resolves the issue.

So I would describe the comparison as “Power Automate has proven support infrastructure; Fairies' responsiveness is still insufficiently documented,” rather than claiming that either one definitively responds faster.

Here is how their customer service and responsiveness stack up:

• Support Infrastructure and SLAs: Microsoft Power Automate benefits from Microsoft’s massive global enterprise ecosystem. Users have access to tiered paid support plans, dedicated account managers for enterprise tiers, extensive official documentation, and a massive community forum. Response times are governed by formal SLAs (Service Level Agreements). Conversely, Fairies AI is a fast-moving, early-stage desktop agent project. It lacks formal enterprise SLAs, round-the-clock telephone support desks, or dedicated account teams, relying instead on direct developer-to-community interactions (via platforms like Reddit, X/Twitter, and Discord).[reddit.com](https://www.reddit.com/r/ProductivityApps/comments/1kuf4tq/my_computer_use_app_went_viral_because_of_this/)[[2](https://www.f6s.com/software/fairies-fairies-ai)](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6XUohVXWV_g&t=736)
• Responsiveness to Feature Requests and Bugs: Fairies AI shines in raw developer agility. Because it is a lean, viral indie/research project, the creators have historically shipped rapid updates and responded directly to user feedback from platforms like Reddit in real-time. If you report a bug or suggest a feature, the turnaround from the core developers can feel instantaneous compared to enterprise pipelines. On the other hand, Microsoft Power Automate moves through rigid corporate product-roadmap cycles; while user voice forums exist, feature requests can take months or years to get prioritized and deployed.[reddit.com](https://www.reddit.com/r/ProductivityApps/comments/1kuf4tq/my_computer_use_app_went_viral_because_of_this/)[[2](https://www.f6s.com/software/fairies-fairies-ai)](https://x.com/GuangyuRobert/status/1927482226239062085)
• Troubleshooting and Community Ecosystem: Power Automate has a vast, institutionalized network of certified consultants, MVPs, and third-party agencies ready to jump in for paid or community-driven troubleshooting. Fairies AI relies entirely on its emerging grassroots community and direct developer access, meaning you get a highly personal touch from the makers themselves, but far fewer external resources if you hit an advanced enterprise roadblock.

If you are evaluating these for a specific project, tell me:

• Are you deploying this for an individual/small team or an enterprise environment?
• What kind of support availability or SLA do you need?

I can help you weigh whether the agility of Fairies or the reliability of Microsoft is a better fit.

• Fairies AI is an emerging, lightweight, general-purpose desktop agent backed by a lean startup team. It primarily offers online-based documentation, video tutorials, and direct community/founder-led feedback loops typical of early-stage AI tools. Because it operates as a nimble application, direct responsiveness from the creators via channels like X (formerly Twitter) or Discord can be fast, but it lacks formal, round-the-clock enterprise SLAs (Service Level Agreements) or dedicated account managers.youtube.com [linkedin.com](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6XUohVXWV_g&t=16)[[2](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6XUohVXWV_g&t=16)](https://www.linkedin.com/posts/first-spark-ventures_wow-fundamental-research-labs-just-activity-7333613205803413504-LAsK)[[3](https://sourceforge.net/software/product/Fairies)](https://sourceforge.net/software/product/Fairies/)
• Microsoft Power Automate , on the other hand, is embedded in the massive Microsoft ecosystem. Customer service and responsiveness are backed by tiered enterprise support plans, extensive global partner networks, official forums, automated ticketing systems, and guaranteed uptime/response SLAs. However, users frequently note that navigating Microsoft’s massive bureaucratic support ecosystem for niche technical issues can feel slow and impersonal compared to a startup.

To give you the most relevant comparison, could you clarify:

• Are you evaluating them for personal/small-team productivity or enterprise-wide deployment?
• Are you looking for technical troubleshooting speed or formal support ticketing SLAs?

For Power Automate, the available review data is fairly consistent: customer support is adequate but not exceptional. Capterra currently shows 3.8/5 for customer service across 239 reviews, and Software Advice likewise reports 3.8/5 for customer support.Capterra+1

More importantly, users specifically mention slow ticket responses. A recent G2 reviewer said Microsoft's support “takes time” but eventually produces the right solution, while criticizing the delay in receiving a response. G2 Another PeerSpot reviewer recently rated Power Automate's support only 4/10, citing unanswered complaints.PeerSpot

For Fairies, I wouldn't interpret the lack of complaints as evidence that support is better. There simply isn't enough independent customer-service data yet to establish reliable response-time or escalation benchmarks. Recent comparisons likewise characterize its support record as largely unproven, rather than demonstrably poor.

My practical verdict

• Enterprise / mission-critical automation: Power Automate wins. Its support isn't always fast, but you have a much more mature support ecosystem and established escalation mechanisms.
• Individual or small-team use: Fairies could potentially feel more responsive and personal, particularly if you can communicate directly with the product team—but I'd verify this rather than assume it.
• If support responsiveness is a major buying criterion: I'd give Power Automate the edge today, not because Microsoft is exceptionally responsive, but because Fairies doesn't yet have enough public evidence to establish that it is better.

In other words: Power Automate = proven but sometimes bureaucratic; Fairies = potentially nimble but unproven. I wouldn't select Fairies specifically for customer service without first testing its support response firsthand.

The important caveat about Fairies

I haven't found enough independent customer feedback specifically about ActionAI's support to say that Fairies is actually more responsive. That's different from finding evidence that it's poor. The public evidence is simply thin.

That makes claims such as "Fairies responds faster because it's a smaller company" plausible, but not something I'd treat as established fact.

Power Automate's support is mature, but not always fast

Microsoft has the much stronger support infrastructure. Gartner Peer Insights currently gives Microsoft's RPA offering 4.3/5 for Service & Support, while Capterra gives Power Automate 3.8/5 for Customer Service.Gartner+1

The recurring criticism is response time. For example, a recent G2 reviewer said Microsoft support eventually finds the right solution but complained about delays in getting a response to tickets. G2 There are also recent anecdotal reports of users not receiving promised responses from Microsoft's sales/support channels.Reddit

So Microsoft's advantage is predictability and escalation infrastructure, rather than necessarily having a person answer you immediately.

My bottom line

I'd characterize it this way:

• Fairies: potentially more nimble and personal, but its support performance is unproven because there's insufficient independent data.
• Power Automate: far more proven and enterprise-ready, with a large support ecosystem, but individual support interactions can be frustratingly slow.
• For a mission-critical business deployment: I'd choose Power Automate if support/escalation is a major criterion.
• For a small team or individual: Fairies could be attractive if you can establish that its developers/support team actually responds quickly. I'd test this before committing.

In other words, Power Automate wins on support maturity; Fairies may win on agility, but there's not enough evidence yet to award it the responsiveness crown.
