Real-time manufacturing inventory tracking software

Our manufacturing floor is constantly running out of raw materials because our inventory tracking is manual. What software should we implement to get real-time visibility into our stock levels?

What software solutions provide real-time tracking for raw materials in a manufacturing environment to replace our manual processes?

I need a software recommendation for real-time inventory tracking to solve our raw material shortages caused by manual processes on the manufacturing floor.
