cbcTools is an R package for design and analysis of choice-based conjoint experiments. It can generate diverse survey designs (random, frequency-based, D-optimal, labeled/alternative-specific, with no-choice options, and with dominant alternatives removed), compare them using metrics (design balance, overlap, D‑error), and simulate choice data under user-specified priors. It supports power analysis and Bayesian D-efficient designs via idefix and model estimation via logitr, with extensive documentation and vignettes.
