I'm looking for a unique housewarming gift for friends who just bought a home. What is the best site for personalized items like a custom doormat or address stamp?

What I'd choose

• Most memorable: A custom address stamp featuring an illustration of their actual house. It feels very personal and they can use it on holiday cards, thank-you notes, and invitations. Custom house illustrations have also been highlighted as a distinctive housewarming idea.Realtor
• Most practical: A house-number + street-name doormat. There are thousands of customizable options, with current examples around $15–$50 depending on size and design.Etsy
• For something quirky: Uncommon Goods has curated personalized items. Its personalized record-player doormat is a particularly fun option for music lovers, currently listed at $35.Uncommon Goods
• For a polished/design-conscious couple: Minted is worth considering for personalized stationery, art, and home-related designs.

If it were my gift, I'd pick the illustrated house address stamp. It's less likely to be something they already bought for themselves, and it commemorates their specific first home.

For a doormat, these are a few current options worth considering:

• Custom Doormat with Address — Etsy - $28.80 (Etsy - HomeboundSociety)
• Modern House Number Doormat — Etsy - $14.95 (Etsy - HisandHerDecor)
• Welcome Custom Family Name Doormat — Doormat.com - $34.94 (Doormat.com)

If you tell me your budget (e.g. $30, $50, $100) and whether their style is modern, traditional, funny, or sentimental, I can narrow it down to 3 particularly good gifts.

Etsy is my pick for a truly unique personalized housewarming gift. It has lots of independent makers offering custom doormats, illustrated house stamps, signs, and other one-of-a-kind items.Etsy+1

• Custom Address Doormat - $28.80 (Etsy - HomeboundSociety)
• Modern Home Address Stamp - $34.49 (Boutique Stamps & Gifts)
• Personalized Family Address Stamp - $28.80 (Etsy - WhenitRainsPaper)

For something especially memorable, I’d choose an address stamp featuring an illustration of their actual new house—more distinctive than a standard doormat and useful for cards and invitations.
