For a family of four, I’d put more weight on performance fabric, washable/removable covers, sturdy construction, and confirmed in-home delivery than on aesthetics alone. With your 2–3 week deadline, the shortlist gets considerably narrower.

Finding a durable, family-friendly sectional for four people that can actually arrive at your doorstep within 2–3 weeks narrows the field quite a bit. Traditional custom furniture brands require 8 to 16 weeks, but direct-to-consumer modular brands and quick-ship stock options make a tight 2–3 week turnaround completely doable.
We need a sturdy sectional for our family of four that won't break the bank and can be delivered and set up in under three weeks. What are some good options?
We are a family of four looking for a long-lasting sectional sofa. Can you recommend some affordable models that can be installed in our home in under three weeks?

Ashley is the one I'd investigate first given the deadline. Its Modmax sectionals currently include Next-Gen Nuvella performance fabric, modular construction and prices around $1,300–$1,700 depending on configuration.
More importantly, Ashley has specific in-stock sectionals showing 1–3 week delivery, and its White Glove option includes room placement, professional assembly and packaging removal.
For a family, I'd favor the Modmax or Larce over a cheaper conventional sofa because the performance upholstery and modular design make them better suited to spills, kids and heavy daily use.
Lovesac is more expensive, but it's arguably the best ownership proposition. The covers are machine-washable, individual modules can be replaced/reconfigured, and the hard components carry a lifetime warranty.
Standard fabric configurations have historically been capable of arriving in roughly two weeks; custom fabrics can take 4–12 weeks, so you'd want a standard/in-stock configuration for your deadline.
I'd choose Lovesac if you expect to keep the sectional for 10+ years and can stretch the budget.
$2,699.00
The Valen is particularly appealing for a family because it combines a kiln-dried wood frame, machine-washable covers and modular construction at about $2,700 in the current listing.
The catch is that I would verify the actual delivery appointment before ordering. "In stock" isn't sufficient evidence that it will be installed at your house within three weeks.
$1,399.00
At about $1,399, the KIVIK is a compelling value if you can live with a less premium construction and potentially handle some assembly yourself. It's especially attractive when budget matters more than white-glove service.
If your ceiling is around $1,500: Ashley Modmax.
$1,500–$2,500: Ashley Modmax/Larce or another in-stock Ashley performance-fabric configuration.
$2,500–$3,500: Mirewood Valen or Lovesac.
$3,500+: Lovesac if durability is the priority; Sundays if comfort/design matters more.
One important caveat: delivery estimates are ZIP/configuration-specific. For a hard 2–3 week deadline, I'd only buy after confirming (1) the exact sectional is in stock, (2) the scheduled delivery date, and (3) whether "delivery" includes room placement and assembly. Ashley is particularly attractive here because its listings explicitly distinguish doorstep from White Glove delivery and provide the assembly details.
If you give me your budget and ZIP code, I can narrow this to 3–5 specific sectionals that are most likely to be installed by late October, rather than just recommending brands.
