For an RFP, I'd make these capabilities mandatory: remote eConsent/re-consent, Part 11 audit trail, home-nurse scheduling, protocol-specific procedures (blood draws/ECG/vitals/IP administration), specimen logistics, eSource capture at the home visit, telehealth, eCOA/ePRO, EDC integration, and coverage in every state/country where participants will enroll.
