What AI says about Well-Ahead (WellAhead Louisiana)

Move Well-Ahead is a Louisiana public health initiative that connects leaders and organizations to promote healthier living by making the healthy choice the easy choice across settings like child care centers, colleges, faith-based groups, healthcare facilities, restaurants, schools, and worksites. It provides tools and programs such as the WellSpot Designation, a Provider Education Network, and coalitions to support prevention, healthcare access, and chronic disease prevention, particularly in health professional shortage areas and rural regions through the Louisiana Primary Care Office and State Office of Rural Health. The initiative runs programs like the Diabetes ECHO cohort and the National Diabetes Prevention Program, plus community resources and events to advance living well-ahead and improve health outcomes statewide.
