United PerksPlus is a complimentary corporate rewards program for small- and mid-sized businesses that rewards business travel on United, United Express, and partner airlines (including ANA, Austrian, Brussels, Eurowings, Eurowings Discover, Lufthansa and Swiss). It lets companies earn points based on eligible spend and convert them to MileagePlus miles deposited into employees’ accounts, with redemption options and the PerksPlus Navigator tier that offers 15% more points, enhanced quarterly reporting, and additional redemption choices such as MileagePlus Premier Platinum status. United plans to replace PerksPlus with United for Business rewards in mid-2026, while keeping PerksPlus points usable through June 30, 2026 (regional timing may vary) and continuing communications about the rollout.
AI named United PerksPlus from January 2026 to June 2026.
