What AI says about International Union of Architects (UIA)

The International Union of Architects (UIA) is a federation of national professional organisations founded in 1948 that unites architects to influence public policy and advance architecture in the interests of society. It runs global work programmes and initiatives (such as public spaces, informal settlements, architecture and education, and human rights) and promotes architecture through international competitions, awards, journals, and events like the UIA World Congress. It invites eligible national architect organizations to join as UIA member sections, creating a network across 124 countries and territories.
