What AI says about ThruSmith

ThruSmith is an independent resupply planning tool for thru-hikers that lets you configure a hike, plan mail drops, and coordinate with a support crew using PCTA data for mile markers. Its Smart Pace Engine uses a terrain-based zone index from the PCTA elevation profile to automatically adjust daily pace by region (Desert, Sierra, NorCal, Oregon, Washington) to keep overall effort consistent. The platform also handles USPS mail-drop logistics, including address labels and tracking, and lets your crew view stops, ETAs, and send-by dates.
