The Virtual Cell is a community-built digital twin of human biology that enables open AI-driven drug discovery and pharmacology research. It uses DRUG-seq, a high-resolution, high-throughput transcriptomics method applied to the V-Ref293 cell line to measure responses to hundreds of thousands of chemical perturbations.
