The Greater Good offers compostable diapers and a door-to-door diaper service in Small Island Developing States (starting with Samoa), delivering and collecting diapers at price parity with conventional plastic diapers to replace plastic waste. Collected diapers are composted with garden waste using the SPICE method to produce nutrient-rich soil in 6 to 8 weeks, eliminating plastic pollution at the source. It centers on women and mothers, employing local women and working with mothers at the village level through partnerships with government and research partners to scale a circular diapering economy.
