What AI says about Sparrow Hills Counseling

Sparrow Hills Counseling provides trauma, grief, and personal growth therapy from licensed clinical social workers for clients of all ages in the Salt Lake City area, primarily individual therapy with some couple and family sessions. They offer telehealth and in-person sessions, aim for a 1-2 week turnaround to see a therapist, and provide a free 15-minute phone consultation to ensure a good fit, with a strong emphasis on confidentiality, safety, empathy, and progress monitoring. They do not prescribe medications but can refer to a psychiatric provider, and operate two Utah locations (South Jordan and Kaysville) with Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm.
