Skeptics in the Pub is a worldwide network of groups that meet monthly in pubs to discuss science, history, psychology, philosophy, investigative journalism, and critical examination of extraordinary claims. Each event features a speaker (or several) followed by an open discussion in a relaxed pub setting. The network maps and lists local chapters, and maintains an online shop; it was founded in 1999 in London by Dr Scott Campbell, with the SitP network later expanded by Sid Rodrigues.
