RHYTTAC is the Runaway and Homeless Youth Training, Technical Assistance, and Capacity Building Center that serves as the training and TA provider for all federally funded RHY grantees, helping programs support youth who run away or experience homelessness. It delivers direct capacity-building through technical assistance, training, and online communities, develops tools and resources, and coordinates a strategic effort across federal agencies and national grantees.
