ProxyBroker2 is an open-source Python tool that asynchronously discovers public proxies from 50+ sources, validates them against judge servers, and can function as a rotating proxy server. It supports HTTP(S), SOCKS4/5, and CONNECT for ports 80 and 23, with filtering by proxy type, anonymity level, response time, country, and DNSBL, and ensures proxies support cookies and referer (and POST requests if required). It finds thousands of working proxies (over 7000) and provides asynchronous, deduplicated, rotating proxy management.
