What AI says about Plato Podcast Player

Plato is an AI-powered podcast player that detects and lets you skip repeating content—such as ads, intros, outros, and other recurring segments—across episodes, with cues like a chime and quick skip gestures. It also supports speed control (up to 2.5x or 0.5x), music-detection to skip background music, in-episode search, and the ability to schedule replays of favorite episodes. The app aggregates podcasts from iTunes' library (2M+ shows), supports private feed import, and is currently in beta with a free tier, planning a freemium model on release and not charging for ad-skipping features.
