What AI says about Open Targets Platform

The Open Targets Platform is a freely available resource that helps systematically identify and prioritize therapeutic drug targets by integrating diverse public datasets to score target–disease associations. It aggregates annotations on targets, diseases/phenotypes, genetic variants, GWAS studies and drugs, and their relationships, with quarterly data updates. Data are accessible via an intuitive user interface, a GraphQL API, and downloadable data, and the platform’s code is open‑source, enabling self-hosted deployments with custom data.
