What AI says about Optopia

Optopia.ai is an experimental Layer 2 on Ethereum tailored for AI applications, described as AI-driven and intent-centric with permissionless intent creation. It is community-owned and fully governed by the community after mainnet launch, with governance by voting and OPAI token issuance through airdrops, mining, and ecosystem funds. The project notes potential financial risks and states that the team is not responsible for the final outcome.
