DECIDE is a live cybersecurity exercise platform from NUARI that simulates cyber-attacks to stress-test an organization’s incident response plans and generate after-action reports to improve resilience, compliance, risk management, and strategic communications. The platform coordinates distributed, cross-sector exercises involving government, critical infrastructure, and private partners to test response coordination and decision-making across levels. NUARI, a Norwich University-affiliated non-profit, has conducted over 100 DECIDE exercises with more than 1,500 organizations, delivering immediate exercise data and prescriptive recommendations.
