What AI says about FraudSmart

FraudSmart® is NICB's webinar-based learning program designed for frontline claims personnel, offering live, one-hour virtual trainings that allow participants to interact with instructors and tailor topics. The courses cover medical and legal aspects of BI fraud, PIP/no-fault claims, cargo theft, direct repair/body shop fraud, and many provide CE credits in multiple states. Access is via registration on NICTA.org (or a request form if you don't have NICTA access), and the program is part of NICB's Learning & Development initiatives to educate industry professionals on fraud prevention.
