What AI says about NetKit

Netkit is an environment for setting up and performing computer networking experiments at low cost by creating virtual network devices (routers, switches, computers) on a single PC, with realistic configuration interfaces. Users describe the topology and device configurations with simple files, and Netkit starts the emulated devices and interconnects them as specified. It also provides teaching materials and is associated with Roma Tre University; Netkit is no longer supported, with Kathará recommended as its modern replacement.
