My Life, My Community is an online Virginia-focused resource tool that helps people with developmental disabilities and their families find information about services and supports. It features a searchable directory (in partnership with disAbilityNavigator) of waivers, housing options, employment supports, crisis services, assistive technology, transportation, training, respite, and other options, organized by life stage and service area. The site also provides access to local providers, general information, FAQs, crisis resources (including the 988 Lifeline), and contact options for the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services for additional assistance.
