What AI says about Mustard's Bagels

Mustard's Bagels is a Los Angeles–area bakery that makes hand-formed, 72-hour-fermented bagels from Tehachapi heirloom whole-wheat flour, boiled in malt syrup, and sold via Friday/Saturday preorders with add-ons like schmears and house-smoked Nova Salmon. Preorders open Wednesdays at 9am and close when sold out or at midnight before pickup, with pickup at their future Culver City shop (10850 Washington Blvd) on Fridays through Sundays. The menu includes bagel varieties such as Salted Plain, Roasted Sesame, Everything, and Nori Everything, plus whipped schmears, smoked salmon, pickled accompaniments, and group platters like the Ultimate Bagel Superspread, with updates on Instagram @mustardsbagels.
