Minority Genetic Professionals Network (MGPN) was established in 2018 to increase access to genetic services for communities of color by addressing the limited racial and ethnic diversity among medical genetic professionals. It supports diverse students in entering genetics training programs and provides a mentoring program to help professionals and students connect and develop leadership skills.
