BeltSense, used with ShovelSense, provides real-time ore-grade measurements on conveyors to enable mine-to-mill decision making and downstream process control. It is retrofittable on existing conveyors, scalable to any belt size and throughput, and installed post-primary crushing or on the feed to the SAG/pebble circuit to support blending and process optimization; when used for process control, it creates data with no changes to existing equipment, requiring only DCS API integration.
