MassOptions

MassOptions is a Massachusetts service that helps older adults, people with disabilities, and caregivers connect with local supports. By using a simple online form (and a statewide call center), it matches users with trusted community organizations such as Aging Services Access Points, Independent Living Centers, senior centers, personal care, health insurance counseling, and caregiver supports. Local organizations contact users to guide them through the next steps to obtain the needed assistance.
