The Cannabis Central Reporting System (CCRS) is the Washington State LCB’s in-house cannabis traceability and data-reporting platform that replaces Leaf Data Systems to provide a simplified system for producers, processors, retailers, labs, and others. It serves as the state’s centralized traceability system under the LCB’s Cannabis 2.0 initiative, with access and resources provided through CCRS. CCRS will transition to WA.gov single sign-on in October 2026 (replacing SAW), and WA.gov accounts can be created now for access.
