How AI describes Check‑Inn

Innsoft, now Yanolja Cloud Solution, offers hotel management software and has integrated a passport scanner for Check-Inn that automatically captures images of passports or IDs, decodes 2D barcodes, and auto-fills guest information into Check-Inn while attaching the color ID image to the guest folio. The passport scanner can operate with the Advanced ID Scanner or as a standalone unit, stores up to four ID images per room, prints guest IDs when needed, and provides an ID Guest List report. The hardware must be purchased from Innsoft and requires an active service contract; it connects via USB 2.0, works with Check-Inn, and moves images to Guest History after checkout.
