Indo Ocean Project is a community of ocean researchers and educators dedicated to conserving Indonesia’s marine environment through scientific studies and education. Their research yields actionable studies that support global marine conservation, and they offer training programs—Divemaster and Research Diver internships, marine research fellowships, and eCourse courses—to help students and career changers develop diving skills and participate in meaningful research. At three project locations in Indonesia (Nusa Penida, Bira, and Raja Ampat), participants gain hands-on field experience exploring reefs and marine life while earning internationally recognized certifications under the guidance of experienced professionals.
