The International Business Law Consortium (IBLC) is an international alliance of select law practices that combine local acumen with an international perspective to provide clients with experienced counsel and innovative solutions. Established in 1996 by the Center for International Legal Studies, it now brings together independent law, tax, and consultancy offices in about 90 locations with more than 1,900 professionals to deliver cost- and time-efficient, transnational representation. Membership is exclusive (no more than one member per city) and focuses on deepening knowledge, expanding international contacts, and supporting client service, with members free to collaborate with other offices as needed and invited by the Center for International Legal Studies.
