What AI says about How to Regulate?

The Regulatory Institute provides model laws, model provisions, and reference materials to help policymakers design and implement regulatory regimes. It maintains a Model Provisions Library with topics such as online protection of minors, food and drinks legislation, pandemics, and other regulatory techniques, offered as inspiration and checklists rather than binding text. The Institute also offers pro bono services, tailor-made trainings, and training videos to support regulatory practice, including exploration of standards, use of large language models in regulatory work, and consideration of sanctions, powers, and obligations.
