What AI says about Heroic Gardens

Heroic Gardens is a nonprofit that provides social therapeutic horticulture programs for veterans and caregivers, offering free in-person and virtual gardening initiatives to support healing through nature. They conduct garden transformations and restoration projects in Philadelphia-area communities—such as the Sunflower Farm at Pennypack and renovations of cemeteries, museums, and parks—often in partnership with veterans organizations and local institutions. The organization relies on volunteers and sponsors, accepts nominations for veterans or spaces in need, and operates a store to support its mission.
