DeepHeme is a generalizable, multi-center AI algorithm from the Goldgof Lab for human bone marrow classification at pathologist level. It provides external test images from UCSF and Memorial Sloan Kettering and allows users to upload their own 40x bone marrow region images for evaluation in a non-commercial, research-only setting. A preprint is available, and the project is led by the Goldgof Lab (UC San Francisco) with public contact and links.
AI named DeepHeme in January 2026.
