What AI says about GitLab Foundation

The GitLab Foundation is an independent global private foundation associated with GitLab Inc., operating fully remotely and investing in people to accelerate skills and opportunities to increase lifetime earnings. It measures impact against a North Star of maximizing lifetime earnings per dollar invested, with an initial target of more than $100 in lifetime earnings per dollar spent (for example, $1 million invested → at least $100 million in gains). Its work includes programs and funds such as AI for Economic Opportunity and Learning for Action, and it maintains an open handbook and an Impact Dashboard to track results.
