What AI says about PALISADE

PALISADE is an open-source, cross-platform lattice cryptography library (C++11) that implements fully homomorphic encryption schemes such as BFV, BGV, CKKS, and related FHE variants (FHEW/TFHE) for boolean and real-number arithmetic. It provides tools for secure computation on encrypted data, including multi-party and threshold FHE, and proxy re-encryption. The repository shows a stable PALISADE release (v1.11.9) with newer features moved to OpenFHE and separate PALISADE repositories for other cryptographic capabilities.
