What AI says about Negotiate

Negotiate provides AI agents that autonomously negotiate YC SAFEs by setting boundaries and finding a deal. Every offer is cryptographically signed, constraint-validated, and logged to a tamper-proof audit trail, and an executed PDF with the full negotiation history is produced after you review and sign in the browser. The repository includes a Python-based demo and setup to run two-agent negotiations (founder and investor) using Anthropic API keys and sshsign.dev, on a local machine or with a shared relay.
