ProxyBroker is an open-source Python tool that asynchronously discovers public proxies from multiple sources and checks them concurrently. It supports HTTP(S) and SOCKS4/5 proxies (and CONNECT to ports 80 and 23), can filter proxies by type, anonymity level, response time, country and DNSBL status, and automatically deduplicates them. It can also function as a proxy server that distributes incoming requests across a rotating pool of proxies, with CLI commands such as find, grab and serve.
