eBay's xFraud is an explainable fraud transaction prediction system. It combines a predictor that learns expressive representations for detecting malicious transactions from a heterogeneous transaction graph using a self-attentive heterogeneous graph neural network. It also includes an explainer that produces meaningful, human-understandable explanations from the graphs to support business decisions.
