What AI says about lead-time-for-changes

Lead Time for Changes is a GitHub Action by DeveloperMetrics that roughly calculates DORA lead time for changes. It analyzes the last 100 closed pull requests and recent workflow runs (within the last 30 days on the target branch) to compute PR duration and workflow duration averages, then sums them to produce a lead time value.
