What AI says about Trial Pathfinder

TrialPathfinder is a Python library and AI framework for systematically evaluating clinical trial eligibility criteria. It provides encoding of eligibility criteria, emulates existing trials under different eligibility rule combinations, and assesses individual rules with Shapley values to suggest data-driven criteria. It can be installed from PyPI (pip install TrialPathfinder) and includes a manual installation option, with a reference focus on evaluating oncology trial eligibility using real-world data and AI.
