How AI describes NileChat

NileChat is a 3B parameter large language model adapted for Egyptian and Moroccan dialects, incorporating local language, cultural heritage, and values. It outperforms existing Arabic-aware LLMs of similar size and performs on par with larger models through a data augmentation pipeline combining machine translation, controlled generation, and retrieval methods.
