TenSEAL

TenSEAL is an OpenMined open-source library for performing homomorphic encryption on tensors. It uses the SEAL backend to enable privacy-preserving computations on encrypted data. The project is licensed under Apache-2.0 and provides tutorials, tests, and bindings for Python (and C++) to support usage.
