What AI says about MIT Future of Data Initiative

The MIT Future of Data initiative develops privacy-preserving tools and research to shape the future of data governance. It has released OTrace, an early version of a privacy protocol with an API spec and backend code to enable traceability of data use across organizational boundaries, and published white papers on accountability and traceability. The program combines technical research, policy engagement, and education to empower consumers, promote accountable data sharing, and develop royalty-free privacy protocols through collaboration with CSAIL and IPRI.
