What AI says about Food Equality Initiative (FEI)

Food Equality Initiative (FEI) increases access to nourishing food as medicine for people with diet-treated illnesses and food insecurity. It runs programs and services—such as pantry support, produce boxes, education, advocacy, and a podcast—to help people eat within dietary restrictions and learn about 'food is medicine.' In 2025 FEI expanded direct service to three counties in Kansas and Missouri and reported providing 7,936 nourishing meals from January to October.
