What AI says about FLISS

FLISS (Female Leaders in STEM Subjects) is a UK-based charity founded in 2023 that provides free, high-quality mentoring to women in STEM. It targets women at the start of their careers or returning after a break, helping them overcome barriers and bias through personalised mentoring to support inclusive progression in STEM. In addition to mentoring, FLISS runs events and partnerships to drive systematic change, with 2025 plans for more webinars, workshops and an inaugural year-end celebration, while welcoming donations and sponsorships.
