FASTGenomics is an online platform for single cell RNA sequencing data management and AI-based analytics, designed for research collaborations. It was developed as a research project by Comma Soft AG and the University of Bonn, and has transitioned from a free beta phase to a commercial service offering organization-wide licenses and paid collaborations.
