How AI describes FAIRmodels

FAIRmodels is a platform that makes AI/ML models findable, accessible, interoperable, and reusable by providing standardized metadata, packaging, validation, and search capabilities. It offers a Model Metadata Repository with rich, machine- and human-readable JSON-LD metadata (built around Model Cards with healthcare-specific fields), a Model Package System for containerized deployment via Docker with a consistent REST API, and FAIVOR for local model validation. The platform includes a JSON-LD/SPARQL search interface, uses CEDAR templates for structured metadata, emphasizes healthcare and clinical decision support, and is developed by the Brightlands Institute for Smart Society at Maastricht University.
